Harvard Business School Publishing

I was honored to be invited to write a series of short papers for Harvard Business School Publishing by a former colleague from Inc. magazine, Joshua Macht, after he assumed a key leadership position there in the late 1990’s. Unlike virtually all my other publications, I don’t own any rights to these freelance articles which instead can be purchased directly from Harvard via the links on this page. I understand some of these papers remain hot sellers, particularly my tutorial on Six Sigma, which has been widely cited in other publications.
